INFORMATION REGARDING JTS WORK DURING QUARANTINE PERIOD


In order to contribute to measures against the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19, the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) staff will be working in Home Office during the quarantine period (currently 16 March - 31 May 2020). You can reach us by email and mobile phones during the normal working hours. There shall be no possibility to enter the JTS premises.

 

If possible, please submit all documents to the JTS signed electronically with e-signature. If not – submit scanned versions of documents or send by post. Please send all electronically signed documents directly to a responsible project manager in the JTS.


Please note that you shall receive all documents from the JTS signed electronically by the director or the substituting person.



Mission


To meet public interests and to assure effective cross-border programmes and projects implementation, to spread out widely information about possibility to apply for the European Union financial support and to develop administrative capacities of potential beneficiaries.


Vision


Leading international competence centre in Lithuania, ensuring qualitative administration of all cross-border Programmes, managed by the Ministry of the Interior.

 


The Joint Technical Secretariat is a public entity established in 2004. It performs functions of the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg V-A Lithuania–Poland Cross Border Cooperation Programme as well as Joint Technical Secretariat function of the 2014-2020 European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross-border Cooperation Latvia-Lithuania-Belarus and 2014-2020 European Neighbourhood Instrument Cross-border Cooperation Lithuania-Russia Programmes. The role of the Managing Authority of all mentioned Programmes is assigned to the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania.


The Joint Technical Secretariat is also hosting the branch offices of the Interreg V-A Latvia-Lithuania and Interreg South Baltic Programmes.


JTS is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
